He just smiles like that for pictures. In real life, he has a nice smile. When he is really laughing about something, he has a vein that pops out in the middle of his forhead.
Robert doesn't smile for picture either. I've had people ask if he ever smiles. Of COURSE he smiles. I think he smiles a lot. I'm sure it's the same way with Spencer, too.
